The project was implemented on a turnkey basis (EPC project) with design, purchase, installation and commissioning of the system.
When scraping electrical cardboard, excess polymer (epoxy) glue is created, which can be washed off using an acetone-based solution. During the polymerization process, the glue is heated to 220-250C, which allows acetone to be released and washed near the surface of the work area, which can lead to self-sealing of the gas mixture.
The disaggregated system allows the process of polymerization of excess glue to be carried out, as well as the capture of up to 75% acetone and its re-vicorization.
An automation system has been implemented that allows for complete control of the process, monitoring of work hours, accident detection, and dispatch of the process at the lower and upper levels.
